Randy Cheng is the founder of Collab Management Group. He is a results oriented, hands-on construction and business professional with over 18 years of industry experience. Randy has a proven track record for successful completion of extensive projects through coordinating trades, developing strong relations and rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients.Over Randy's nearly 2 decades of experience he has managed complex multi-million-dollar projects ranging from rezoning, development, multifamily, commercial and residential projects on projects ranging from duplexes to twenty five unit townhome developments.

Jonathan is a seasoned real-estate professional with over a decade of experience in real estate development.With a strong background in multifamily development, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role. Jonathan has served as VP Acquisitions, overseeing all acquisitions and due diligence for a large Vancouver-based multifamily developer. He developed townhome projects ranging from 20 to 80 units. As a broker, he has run a team focusing on land assembly and development site acquisitions in Vancouver and its surrounding areas. His specializations in this niche area of real estate have allowed him to cultivate invaluable relationships within the industry. These connections, coupled with his unique approach and efficient systems for sourcing off-market opportunities, enable Jonathan to consistently deliver exceptional results for his developer clients.

With over 25 years of finance and investment experience James has built expertise in private equity and real-estate investment. As a corporate finance partner with a mid sized accounting firm, James worked with hundreds of businesses assisting with M&A, finance and growth problems from business planning to HR.James’ entrepreneurial interest led him to launch two investment companies which purchased 24 businesses combined and multiple industrial properties. James is skilled in strategy, market analysis, scaling businesses, and investment management. His focus is on real-estate development in Canada and the US.

Charmaine has over 15 years of real estate experience. It started with learning from her father from a young age managing the development of multi-million dollar projects in Vancouver.
This sparked her own journey in real estate development on her own terms, bringing her to learn from a variety of large scale real estate development companies locally and internationally in Hong Kong.
Her growth mindset always has her curious about what is on the forefront of innovation in real estate. She leads the PropTech community for Vancouver and stands as the representative for Vancouver real estate in the international PropTech community.
Having gathered an abundance of knowledge in development, property management and sales, Charmaine has partnered with Lightwell to build and scale the business.
